...n an Employment-BOND, you will be caged like a parrot. - No work-life balance. - No compensation, they clear say the salaries are sufficient and you dont deserv any other. The core of all the issues with the company is the Founders mentality about the employees.. - The company think by providing jobs, they are doing a favour on you and for this you should bow with gratitude always to the manager and founders. - The founder will be seen keep saying that he is so great that he given you a chance to speak to US clients. - - I could not understand his ideology behind this claim,? What big he has done if he has allowed us to speak with US clients? - I believe since the founders are from small towns, they are still trapped in the mentality that having contacts in foreign means you have high credentials and you are respected among others.... - Very arrogant founders, they think the employees are no human and does not desrve appreciation or any respect.

OverAll Experience: Very poor management, asking you to submit report every hour. Skill Development/Learning: Worst, the manager thinks you should code in office and learn at your home, this is like your are an anti-learning company? Work-life balance: There is no balance, everything will be un-balance, because you have to sit in office and complete the work which you manager assigned to you at 6PM. Compensation: the salaries are delayed by 15 days, so you can't run off from the company even you have signed a bond. job security: No security, you will be insulted in front of all the team and then fired. Career Growth: No growth, switch early. Work: No, such thing nit-exist here.

All people working here are poor and stuck here. I encourge everyone to take udemy course and improve your skills and switch ASAP.
