...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

A big Dept. to serve as Head. But managing the resources meticulously helped me attain the grip on the Institute. I worked very hard in academics and research. Have more than 132 Research Publications. Teaching undergraduates pot graduates MD, MSc. and Ph.Ds.Lots of invitation from abroad for International Conferences.

Nothing bad in working . But sometimes it takes time. The sector has its own advantages and disadvantages. There is a proper setup which is tortuous but at the end of the day, you get everything at your disposal. If you are positive everything is available.

Good peaceful working environment with supportive seniors.

Dislikes

The public aggression. Shortage of staff and their non intrested behaviour towards patients and work. Shortage of supplies- some medicine, and surgical equipments. There is no proper management to guide patient for their way to various required spots in hospital.
