Working under senior medical experts is very important part for a doctor. I am getting good observation and experience in government medical college and hospital.

Salary was not so good and as it was government hospital their is a lot of work load .

A big Dept. to serve as Head. But managing the resources meticulously helped me attain the grip on the Institute. I worked very hard in academics and research. Have more than 132 Research Publications. Teaching undergraduates pot graduates MD, MSc. and Ph.Ds.Lots of invitation from abroad for International Conferences.

Dislikes

Nothing bad in working . But sometimes it takes time. The sector has its own advantages and disadvantages. There is a proper setup which is tortuous but at the end of the day, you get everything at your disposal. If you are positive everything is available.

Good peaceful working environment with supportive seniors.

Dislikes

The public aggression. Shortage of staff and their non intrested behaviour towards patients and work. Shortage of supplies- some medicine, and surgical equipments. There is no proper management to guide patient for their way to various required spots in hospital.
