Salary should be increase with time, we can't earn 1-3 months after completing a semester.

...epartment, it is a contract based job so the security is very poor in this case. Career growth is almost zero and when we talk about salary it was average for me.

Salary delay , the working environment is not good, students doesn't get proper system and software facility.

Government polytechnic nagpur is one of the reputed college. I have good experience when working there. The best part of this college is friendly atmosphere where students and faculty freely communicate each other. Colleagues are more supportive and they encourage to improve our technical skill. We could manage our personal life with job.

Dislikes

Unavailability of computer labs. Improper understanding between faculty and non-technical staff. Sometimes, require to arrange technical games for student.

It was very nice experience to me I was working there coz my baby was small nd there is no one to take care of him So I have chosen that temporary job but it was nice experience to teach students. I enjoyed that job

It was a temporary job there is no chance to be paramanant one.
