1.Don't pay salary as per the guidelines. Which is very unfortunate 2. Don't have any proper training before launching a portal or app . 3. No clear instructions are given for a particular work to perform . 3.Not have much opportunity for progress and promotion .

Job security is best,otherwise everything is below the level of bad.

Nothing is special to work under govt of odisha.You will not get your salary timely,grievances are not heard from years,starting from clercscto officer ,seniors every one will harass you.Training is of poor quality. To get basic amenities,I have to struggle.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, i work for 2 years.

Salary every month not doneThere is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees
