Job stability is very high. A few chances of career growth. Salary is little. No travel opportunity for average employee. Work environment is not good due to public politics. Innovation may not apply without public/govt. Permissions. All govt. Employees are seen as a currupt.

Dislikes

Poor facilities for office. New technologies comes after a decade. Salary is low. There is no innovation

No unnecessary pressure of wrong doing. Timely payment of Salary & other increment like DA etc. Political leaders are Gentle & respectful at least in our area.

Time to time wastage of time & resources in showing the majority of the Govt. in assembly. That too with the anti group from the party in Power itself.

Working for larger masses giving direct relief to people with no profit making attitude totally dedicated to serve the mankind

Hard working are not recognised but buttering n connection leads u to higher positions

In covid period government appointed as covid health assistant and when covid case goes down then government remove all covid health assistant from his job so in this time I m jobless We give our 💯 % in covid vaccination and hospital duty and caring of covid positive patients but govt. .........

My service period was very nice and satisfactory I started my carrier as a LDC and I finished my tenure as a Asstt. Accounts Officer that was a grate achivement for me
