Timely salary, gradual promotions, field to work without any advantage. You have to be different stuff who remains unaffected by all these features. But you have to be confident, hard worker, obedient, regular in performing duties. Patient-friendly, colleague friendly, always ready to grab an opportunity. But now either govt. is shrinking its cadre or making jobs less lucrative. So I will advise to be confident and go of your own. Opportunities are more. You have to be innovative.

Dislikes

Your teammates may not be of your caliber owing to various understood reasons. You have to train and get training whenever an opportunity is there. Though job security is there but your career graphics are not steep. The work environment is not that conducive, lots of politics are there. You palpate this when you are being deserving by-passed but you have a lot of work-life balance which provides you time to relax.

My department deals with the education system under right to education act 2009 and provides govt aid to schools for universalize primary education. I am also the part of the team for implementation of Right to education act in schools.

Work pressure is very high in govt sector and my promotion channel is not good in the department .

Used ny experience against corruption cases.I have investigated very important cases like revenue,recruitments,psiec puda etc

No any dislike presently,because Govt have started work now but instructions be given to workers to use polite language

It is very unique experience that a govt. Institute provides. I taught a lot and learned a lot. I could manage things with stick and carrot policy. Overall this was a tumultuous experience.
