Being in the Education Department, whether there is job security or not l am quite satisfactory especially when l see my students successful and self reliant. I try my best to make my students a good and responsible citizens of the country, trying to make them ready to face the world by themselves with confidence.

Dislikes

The government's effort to make education department a better and well equiped infrastructure along with sufficient manpower(teaching staff and non-teaching staff) is still below expectation. This greatly affects the educational system in Manipur.
