There no like for this job since I have given bond for 3 years waiting to complete and get out of this job

Dislikes

This is not government job and it's contractual government job,, it's horrible to work,, no salary hikes, no timely payment of incentives, no job security... Better to work at corporate if one is talented. Whole study will go waste if joined this job

This is first force in India for established 1946. This is semi goverment force ,In under taking different states. Lot of to gave training and different course into the force. Some such like as training fire training, disaster management, self defense, first ads, attach for duty police station, railway police station,with jail police ,low & order and every different types of duty have done very well .
