...and gaming arcade for chilling . company policies are good , appraisal are fair. And they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a hot of politics and the management doesn't address aaour issue .salary is decent but career growth is show .thee is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign .on the job training is not given to new joinees.

There no like for this job since I have given bond for 3 years waiting to complete and get out of this job

This is not government job and it's contractual government job,, it's horrible to work,, no salary hikes, no timely payment of incentives, no job security... Better to work at corporate if one is talented. Whole study will go waste if joined this job

This is first force in India for established 1946. This is semi goverment force ,In under taking different states. Lot of to gave training and different course into the force. Some such like as training fire training, disaster management, self defense, first ads, attach for duty police station, railway police station,with jail police ,low & order and every different types of duty have done very well . This is not government but semi government departments. Not to give government salaries but par day pay. Not to continue and regularly duty ..only call out emergency times...

I was not happy with government work because only few employees were talking interest in work rest are taking government benefit.

Less salary heavy work load, less qualified employees, union activities are involved, no work culture where I was working in government organization I. e. hotel industry

I quit my job due to lack of job security and political pressure and job security as a girl.
