As working as a technical assistant I was totally free from tensions and stress.My duty is to train the office staffs about the new software launched by IKM...also to maintain the network system.

Dislikes

Growth is low as working as technical assistant.There is no increment n salary also no other allowances.so I feel to move to another designation which satisfies my needs.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

THE SALARY HIKES SHOULD BE DONE ON TIME AS INCENTIVES NEVER WORK RETROSPECTIVELY. ARREAR PAY IS A WASTE ON BOTH THE EMPLOYER AND THE EMPLOYEE. THE RULE BASED SYSTEM SHOULD BE FLEXIBLE ENOUGH. THE ACADEMIC SECTOR SHOULD BE GOVERNED BY ACADEMICS AND NOT CLERKS.

Good for career starting, work experience will help our future growth.

Not good for a long term work period, our year of experience will increase, but there will be no change in our post and salary hike.

Govt of kerala doesn’t require expertise they need only affinity and political servitude to these political looters who are responsible for the backwardness of this great NATION Every educated person will move outside state in near future Near future these state will become land of old People.
