I am very much interested in agriculture and Agro Food processing business.it is a great feeling of pride for me to work under Ministry of food processing.The Team of Bihar Horticulture Department and Mission Director kept very good Technically support every time. He provided us high level Tecnical training.we learn a lot during work as a DRP,Here management,product marketing,better relationship with Farmers/investors.This scheme (One district one product) is very good where local products of your district get a global identity with market for producer and every food investors.

...penses where these lack of financial facility from state Government Or Ministry. In this lack of provision of regular monthly salary to the selected employees is the resion of dissatisfaction among the people.

As a govt servant, & especially as an Officer in education services, we have a lot to learn and also an authority to implement a number of initiatives. In this job, it's not about work life balance but what you can derive is the relevancy of your work,as it is going to impact the not only the present but obviously the future generations.

Security concern because work is related to public more work of different designation at same time due to lack of man power and salary is not according to it and unnecessary pressure of different roles which are not related to my job lack of knowledge of officers time and target framed work which some times impossible to achieve no salary growth no appreciation for good work no compansation for casualities no money for more work
