Its a citizen centric service organisation with high job security & good salary in terms of living standards of middle class employees.Team mates are very skillful and capable of any technical job.Trainings are useful to some extent.

Dislikes

Career growth is quite bad as no appraisal system exist.Travel is not compulsory in terms of job execution/monitoring.Politics are part & parcel of a Govt. job as who so ever in the helm of affairs, just satisfy them without any correlation to your job profile.Extension work should have been monitored properly matching with the quantum of investments from planned fund sources.

The company is open to poor village people for a free medical health checkup ,free blood test also doing,ECG also doing.I love the fact that i ama part of team.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.The work pressure is normal somtimes very high.

Govt of Assam is for phuncha huwa log...if u r general caste and with no contacts dont go for govt .

Toxic environment..dont work on skill...only good thinv is job security . Govt things are meant to be good but people made it worst .

Its terrible to work with such a less staff mainly in the hospital where there is lots of patient. There should be proper staff according to standard practice.

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supported and management is transparent. Company policy are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.On the job training is not given to new joinees.
