Not much pressure.Those who are permenant employee they just don't work. Only saving grace is that it is close to ny native place

Dislikes

No promotions of contractual employees.No salary increase.Few leaves as compared to permenant employees.No residence allotted.All work done by contractual doctors.Regular ones do very less work.No job security.Can be terminated same day as soon as regular employee joins.salries of contractual employees is also delayed

Likes

I get to handle a massive load of patients with very limited resources, helps develop management and procedural skills.

Dislikes

Frequent night duties, long shifts, no extra pay for extra work, no promotions, low salary and what not.

Likes

There is enough workload to get a good experience and there is lot of cases to learn from The hospital has good facilities

Dislikes

The administration is very political and is very difficult to work. There is no hostel or accommodation

Likes

It is one of the best Pediatric department in the country with well equipped PICU and allied subspecialties with sophisticated facilities and renowned facilities. Neonatology/ Pediatric Nephrology /Pediatric Neurology / Pediatric Cardiology are fully equipped subspecialties where as Pediatric Endocrinology and Pediatric Gastroenterology and Genetic clinics are also there which caters the need of entire Kerala state and even the southern districts of Tamilnadu. Faculties are eminent and interested in academic activities and research.

Dislikes

Heavy patient load, sometimes beyond the capabilities available human resources is a limitation.

Likes

No so great environment no freedom to our personal life’s .restrictions to go to walk even. Uneducated caretakers irritate us so much .faculty n staff are very good .

Dislikes

Not so enjoyable N happy place actually we can’t live happily just like staying n studying that’s it no other activities n outings are sooo rare that tooo with high permissions.as of security it is good But it should not be that strict because we are not kids we should know outside life also .......
