Government institute experience was altogether a good but there was only 4mknth or 6 month contract based job after which again go for interview to extend your tenure if you selected. It's very much tiring again n again . Though coulleagues were great , work culture was also very good . I learned very many things with my seniors coulleagues and my head Mrs Asifa. Love to work also .very many things wee goox a d helpful to polish my skills after that I don't know much about my work but I catch very soon during to helpful colleagues and head. I love worked there because this is my early experiences.

Some negative things were there was less salary which I expected according to government institute. So that's why I I I never gave interview again.

It's a government institute and I was on contract basis so there was not much load cause my senior was a good person and if you stay calm and do your work no one will interfere you

No job security for contact basis worker and they don't pay good

Here there is no discrimination as senior or junior, every employee is treated equally and whether senior or junior in experience, everyone is treated with respect or addressed as such. Everyone helps each other in their work and feels very comfortable working here

Govt.i.t.i. is not a company it is a institute where all students learn their skills where I worked as a trainer (Garment Making) by PMKVY & work environment & all things is very good .Now I migrate to Lucknow.

Corruption is at very high rate. Its a government office but the higher level officials always demands bribe to resolve the problems of employees, even to issue the salaries also.
