I like the Brands associated with GIPL . I am fortunate to work with such great leaders it has given me whole new experience of the market .

Dislikes

There should be connect between the team & departments . I some what feel that transparency is little less . Inter department update does not come .

Friendly environment but I think they should avoid recruiting majority of people that belong to same community of the society or with same language bcoz that causes partiality to other employees.

Dislikes

Nothing much to learn for beginners if your working in panasian cuisine restaurant of GIPL.

The company has always been like another family. GIPL have supported their employees in the pandemic period both physically and mentally. The Sop that Gipl came up with for covid 19 were amazing keeping their teams safety as a priority in mind. The ownership and open to feedback is the best part of working with GIPL.

Dislikes

I can understand with retrenchment process in place the Hr is tide up with lot of work i felt that there is a opportunity when it comes to handling team queries

It ks one of the best organization's I have ever worked with. I will surely like to be a part of this organization till my work career. The people here are so caring and supportive. Thank you so much organization's CEO, COO, Kamal sir, area manager Mr.Krishna shukla, Amrita Suri(L&D), Shweta (HRD) and rest of the management team for developing and nurturing us in our work as well as personal growth career. I will never ever forget these supports from GIPL. I wish all the best to achieve their set business milestones in coming years.
