There no set KRA for the teams, u are randomly placed in teams once u join the company... HR dept is useless, no perks, no medical benefits, appraisals are not done on time, variable has nver been paid to employees till date...

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

It was very good experience. You get chance to prove yourself with every different clients and their queries.

...ing regarding their products and thus it becomes a target based frustrating job. your salary is based on these things .My senior was worse . She never appreciated me for any good. Overall good experience with clients.

Salary structure is very poor...there strategy is very well..like if you make people active on app you will get payment..they don't give any pay for regular work..very disappointed
