Some employees are helpful and friendly rest terrible and rude and always fight with customers though few staff are good

Terribly Low salary and bad colleagues and always fight for minor reasons and even after doing work properly talking rudely and no holiday also lot of scam going in bank by some staff

Bank never treat us as a employee. But treat as a family member. I extended the gratitude towards the bank. Bank gave the right direction throughout of my service tenure. All senior officers and board management gave me moral support and emcorage to fulfill the various banking tasks time to time. I have proud to say that I am the ex staff member of Parsik Bank

They are providing good opportunities as well as the good working environment.Team members are very supporting for all this sitution. Managers are extremely friendly and supportive and the others colleagues too.They are supporting in any situation,handling the problems and give the best suggetion for any problem . In covid-19 lockdown period provides sanitizers,gloues,face shield to all staff and take care of them. No travelling and time issues. The working enviroment is also good and friendly and the seniors are supportive and solve any problems and give best solution to. It had been last 3 yrs i am working here and learing experience in many folds.it's great work in a challenging and learning environment where we gain knowlegde and skills. Ambition box provides good opportunity for freshers to start their career to our company. I am so glad to working here. Thank you.

Nothing. But take one suggestion give one chance to contract staff(who is working our company for contract basis for many yrs) to prove ourself as a good banker and make good carrer in banking sector. Supportive them.

Management policies regarding RECOVERY of loans are very terrific. People having good contacts with management person & not working much do get lot of favours but person doing hard work suffers a lot.
