Small time contractor's are always worse to work with, but being desperate for bread and butter makes one to join these kind of organisations.

This company is slow growth and always work pressure is very high .some time I have to do work 12 _14 hour.managers do not value an individuals unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times I do receive appreciation emails from my client.there is no on job training for freshers
