...strong foothold with the ICSE curriculum and has successfully initiated the ISC. GIS sends its faculty for ICSE training and the salary is on par with other ICSE schools. The work distribution is planned and executed as per the norms of CISCE.

Dislikes

The remuneration does not meet the workload assigned and the work ethics are not respected. Hence, there has been an escalation in attrition amongst the faculty of the senior section. Decision making lacks transparency. Official travel is not compensated fairly and internal politics cast a shadow on the work environment.

School teaches us many things and as a teacher with experience i have learnt few.

Dislikes

Negetivity is everywhere, glass is half empty or half full depend on how u look at it. But manipulative coordinator who just points others and dont much appreciate is what pinches here.

Likes

The Management is well mannered and treats teachers with respect. The ambience and infrastructure is very impressive.

Dislikes

Leadership is not appropriate and objective. Job descriptions could perhaps be more clear.

Gopalan International school has always given confidence to all the staff about job security and now even during these covid-19 times, it has assured all the staff about job security. Our dear principal and coordinators always encourages to have work-life balance. They have given us lots of opportunities in terms of career growth too.
