Career Growth and Compensation are okay. Being top organization, compensation is not top quality. A lot of management doesn't know if the product is actually needed in the organization. Management in Google Cloud is quite sluggish.

Google Cloud Platform is a medium that provides its users access to the best cloud services and features. It is gaining popularity among the cloud professionals as well as users for the advantages if offer. Google Cloud servers allow you to work from anywhere to have access to your information and data

Dislikes

Since it is a cloud based software and it is a foreign company sometimes some people feel like if we sync our data on their platform then they may sell it or use it in some other way for their monetary benefit. This trust factor is lagging on this software since it is not fully under Indian Law Jurisdiction 2.

Dislikes

Shift timings are very bad. And if anyone is having health issues also they don't provide alternative shift timings for this project. Timings should be flexible and if not atleast it should be rotational shifts and not a permanent night shift one.
