There is a lot of politics and the management dosent address our issues. Salary is low

Training,job security, salary/appraisal, traval,work life independent, salary cradit on time, expense cradit on time etc.

Work treatment very hard, travel policy is bad on third party roll, travel policy is bad on third party roll,work environment not friendly, work Unity not for each other, boss attitude is very hard,the market policy is different is every dealer, OEM policy is different and replacement policy is different for example unconditional warranty only for replacement dealer.which come is same tyre size on OEM vehicles fitment but no unconditional warranty apply for OEM.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Unhealthy environment last few months which is not suitable for me.
