My Experience was not so good. Here work load is more than what you described you in interview and also too low Salary package. Infact, every year they cut half salary of their employees due to his plant maintenance. So it's very bad company of Karnal. I don't recommend to anyone to join this company.

Better option for Beginners who want to learn about gasket. Have ease access to all departments.

They are highly paying for the top level & managers..but for mid-level are not proper credits & appraisal.last three 1500 is amount they have spent for employees those have met target..But Company is generating in crore

Overall a very average place to survive.

Dislikes

The mgmt should rather give actions to the plans for employees rather than just thinking about them. To stand out in the market, they have to do pull out something good so atmosphere inside the organization status healthy.
