As you are working in East Africa, where working in evening is risky, since it will be difficult to reach home safe. Our office timing are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and we don't to push beyond that for a single day.

In case you are looking for consistent job without any increment, learning, motivation and self respect, then this is the correct place for your to join. For the last three years their has been no increment for us and even one of our General Manager working with this organization for the last 18 years has got an increment of 60% in overall CTC from joining date.
