There's absolutely nothing

Dislikes

...ore of a businessman, and tends to his personal projects rather than the firm. Does not pay on time/ Does not pay at all, even though salalries on the appointment letter may be impressive. It seems that he hires and fires on a whim and a fancy. People barely last more than two months. The firing occurs just when salaries are due, and post firing there is no response from anyone in the team. Please do not join. Will be a huge waste of time.
