Good personal training commission and we can learn lots of things from golds Gym

Below average salary in fitness industry. Very stress work because of personal training targets. unfriendly management and co workers. Lots of bodybuilders working as a personal fitnesstrainers in golds Gyms but they don't know nothing about fitness they have only know about steroids. They are the real problems because if we have very good knowledge about fitness, we can't work with them

There is no job security , no work culture management , no one care about the pt Incentive etc

There is a lot of bad politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent and pt Incentive but career growth is slow.

...ent are good and they guide you and also understands you. This is my best job. The lockdown is affected but as we have work fromhome the company is paying 50% salary and we can understand its as the work is not too much.

Low salary and not even on time ..... management is not good full of politics, partiality between the management and the staff....

No any support in during covid 19 they gave us only one month of salary after shutdown tha gym no any gauranty for secure future and they also fired us without any information when after reopen tha gym

I dislike about tha rule regulations and also gym management they only think about what they like and he search a way of where he earn more and nothing else
