Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike. Our organization is worked for business consulting and service provider. The job culture of IT staff(developer) is work from home permanently. (Only they attend quarterly meeting) And the testing employee may go the customer site. Where as all the business consultant is sitting at the customer office daily and they can resolve their problems .

Likes

Great opportunity to learn on ground with the total exposure to all the rank's within customer organisations. Mostly long term engagements which help customer achieve the desired effects.

Dislikes

The talent pool within the organisation needs to be revisited. Most of the employee are hired from ex-customer. The work culture isn't motivating & healthy.
