I really enjoy working at the company because the office environment is excellent - it's comfortable and well equipped. The team here is fantastic everyone is friendly, supportive, and willing to help each other. There's a great sense of collaboration and camaraderie, which makes working here both enjoyable and motivating. I also appreciate the opportunities for growth and the positive company culture that fosters both personal and professional development.

Dislikes

.... There should be at least one fun activity each week to help refresh our minds. Another issue is the lack of salary growth. There doesn't seem to be much opportunity for salary increases, which can be discouraging in the long run. I believe more opportunities for growth and better work-life balance would really help improve the overall experience.

The atmosphere in the office is friendly, the staff in the animation and edit tram are supportive, for some improvement in the work sessions are held once in a while, specially for the creative department, and at the end of the year he is rewarded by the company on performance basis, taking long leave once a year is never a problem as the leave is approved by adjusting the workload of the rest of the manager and colleagues in the department

Dislikes

Big festivals and activities should be celebrated with vigor, there is no compensation for working Saturday and Sunday

Salary is paid on time and considering covid situation it was still on time and no deductions that's the only thing I like about working in Goldmine Advertising

The working hours is not fixed it can stretch 24hrs and also on both weekends Team management is not strong enough and lack of leadership and motivation

...tunately, the company lacks job security; termination can happen without notice. Salary renegotiation and reduction are possible at the management's discretion. Outdated policies subject to sudden changes, and no employee benefits make it less employee-friendly. HR support is inadequate. I would not recommend joining.

Hate the HR manager Mr. Akash tambe who doesn't knw anything and is completely useless. Doesn't knw to manage anything and doesn't complete his task on time. Also is not professional enough .
