There's no good work environment & culture. Team mates not supportive & management also not transparent. So much politics. No job security at all.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. If you are a good "Chamcha" then you will get Good values.!!
