1) HR policies are a concern. 2) 60 days notice period. No company gonna waut for you that long. Hence if u want to switch then you have to resign then you should start looking for a new job. 3) Holidays are limited and even in case of emergency you won't get work from home. 4) You can forget about appraisals and promotions. 5) HR department is just for the sake of existing, they just exist and can do nothing. 6) Doesn't follow any standard procedure of working.

Upper Management & Employees of the company are very supportive & Helpful.

The only issue is with HR Department. They don't know how to treat employees. They don't understand their own company policy as well employe policy. They don't have basic knowledge of HR work.

Top Management is cooperative but below level worker and not cooperating. As per work culture you will be given hands-on project and then it becomes your responsibility. Every problem you have to face by yourself. No guidance will be provided.

No future scope. No proper working time. Everytime there is holiday in US/UK then your work will be delayed.

Good opportunities to learn. International exposure with complete freedom to interact with clients, consultants. Provides various opportunities for contract negotiations, problem-solving, independent decision-making. Clean and healthy competitive work environment. Learned clientele base that helps to enhance skillsets and knowledge. Team spirit exists and well experienced & long-term serving senior staff. Time discipline and work discipline are strictly enforced which makes it good for dedicated personnel like myself !!! I must also mention that the management paid our salaries in full & on time during the pandemic period and cooperated with all staff without any terminations.

The HR department needs some revamping. A written policy is required in great detail so that the staff has a clearcut reference policy book. Some days work pressure is there as it may be a holiday in India but the client is working on an International project, so sometimes requires balancing between deadlines, time difference, and a personal day off. But overall satisfying as this too comes with a challenge

I Worked in Golden Relief Resources for more than one year. It was a great experience to work with this company. I feel that company's work culture and policies was quite satisfactory. I personally realize that company's always ready to adopts latest technology. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

I think that work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have worked 12-14 hours in a day.
