...rally don't get any job any where in the world, join here, Only things you will get here, Toxic environment, No holidays, Salary will deduct even for a half day Prepare to be a office boy even your post is Manager They will send you to bring grocery, medicines, courier And don't think about leaving early, it's a crime,

Never ask for increment they are always in loss, No timing of office Never use your brain Get use to be humiliated on mistakes you haven't made No job guarantee they can kick you at any time Start believing you are a labour and your education and skills are useless You will get treated accordingly Be ready to give 12 hours of office time, public holidays are myth Never ask for holiday( be ready to explain every details, why, when, how, where, with whom, every details)

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
