Totally mentally torture we can't able to maintain any balance between the personal and professional lifes.and the manager and TL was just doing politics behind us and also from the head office person

I am work two year but my salary 9500 only my increment in yearly 1200. Sunday office work 7 day not fixed time

No growth in position, Every time Change our working data , And they treat like school kids don't talk each other male and female, Also they interfere in personal life .

Worst manager in vishakapatnam branch name :- Yamala Syamala Rao only needs to finish off target and pressures on employees and even for a week off also we have to take permission from him, otherwise he will take a cruel action against us, so plss don't join in this vishakapatnam branch 🙏🙏🙏

They have humane approach to treat their employees. Work timing is fixed but there's no pressure to overstay. There's even emphasis on leaving on time. Planned leaves(24/yr) get approved in an orderly manner. In some critical family need extended no-pay leaves are also granted. Inside office superior to subordinate behaviour is very professional.

Dislikes

There's almost no scope to learn new things. Appraisals are unjustified in most cases. Promotions come to only those who have some relation with someone high up.
