It is interesting, when I join,they don't much system to improve further. We have devoped system daily stock, pending order on hand, reason not supply, daily achivement vs planned, corrective action for the next plan and action to be done, eliminate the wastages, utilise all the reasouer maximum possible. Monthely analysis report to the Management and action to be taken by the Management. Yearly budget and action to be take to improve further.

They are have experience for 18 years. But they are running as shop act. But we are converted to profisonial method whether possible. We are only assit gold winer oils company and helping maintenance of stocks and supply to market on time with good condition of the products. We are done maximum possible. Whether any loop holes,we found,we tied as quick as possible.
