... the employees and it is responsibility of company to sustain hired employees. 4)Company can give option reduced % salary till the situation to get normal. It is depend on employees either stay or leave this company. 5)Reducing manpower in the pandemic is not good decision for the leading company overall not satisfactory.

Dislikes

The company engages in money laundering and fraudulent activities to conceal such activities they prefer dumb or crooked employees and systematically remove honest and intelligent individuals who might uncover their wrongdoings. Company does not even allow its employees to go out for lunch. High turnover rate ,attrition and high handed and abusive behavior is used to conceal wrong doings fraud and money laundering they don't want anyone to stay long enough so as to become threat to company illicit activities. You will survive only if you are stupid or crooked or related or want to sleep your way up.

Only that it was close to my home, so I use to avoid transportation and go walking.

Dislikes

Work culture was very pathetic, I used to get pressurize for work related task. I worked for almonst a year under my reporting manager and at the time of appraisel he left the company and I had to report to some other manager and the whole scenario suddenly changed. All my earlier efforts were wasted and did'nt received any hike, however more worst was awaiting for my dilemma as there were no documented KRA's defined to me so I was given any random work just to get pressurize and leave the organisation and towards the end of my tenure I was given two roles to manage along with my regular activities. Hence It was a very good decission to leave the company and moved on...

Nice colleagues, Good staff around.

Dislikes

Micromanagement culture from top to bottom, clerks are glorified here, high performing assets are sidelined and those who wish to do good for the company are the ones that are targetted the most. It's not just about performing here its about handling political pressure across divisions, makes life hell!

Not good company for talented people. In the company management, DGM- Ajit Singh, HR Head- Saumya , HR- Devika. They Do politics and partiality with employees. They hire for a particular job profile/roles and then later force you to do some other work which does not match your profile and if you ask question/reasons then you will be fired out of the company. NO JOB SECURITY. Just say you are family member of Goldstar and do politics and no respect for your work. Horrible place to work.
