I had joined Gold plus glass in June 2019. Gold plus is India’s fast test growing glass industry . Right now gold plus is second largest manufacturer of float glass in India . Top management is very much supportive in any situation. Company culture is good for all beginners and experience personal also . This is my second company in glass industry , and as per my experience this is much better then others.

Although there is nothing bad experience for me in this company. Salary always on time , other benefits like incentive etc on time .

Working this environment will enhance the knowledge, productivity and performance of the employees and the employees are well behave to each other.

The salary structure is not good as compare to the qualifications and knowledge.

I have been working in this organisation for the last 8 years. And it’s my first company. Gold Plus Glass is growing very fast, so chances for career growth are very high here. Lots of opportunities in many fields are here. Talent and creativity are honoured. Management is visionary and they are very polite, they listen to the issues patiently and then take decision on the basis of their knowledge to the matter, so job security is good here.

One issue that plagued different departments in the company has been addressed with adoption and upgradation of latest ERP system for better control and coordination with and within departments.
