...ge not much thinking about the employees, who are the main base for the company. The salary structure is very bad & growth is almost negligible. It is just like a training centre. Some team members are supportive & some are like politicians. In the name of infrastructure co is very poor.

One of the worst Company I have worked for in my entire career. The first thing you notice here is the HR. The lady who heads the HR function is absolutely incapable. Second thing you notice is the CFO with a huge huge ego and who considers herself an apsara from heaven. She has no sense of talking and simply doing chamchagiri of Chairman. Third is the Chairman, whose illiteracy reflects in his behavior. This place is not for women. People here hold big egos and only want to look good before management. Culture and policies are extremely poor.

excellent working culture. This is the only one company where you can give more work with less burden. Huge experience of senior you can get with ease and friendly. Really its a great place to work. I got 10 years knowledge from only 4years.

Yearly Personal growth in wealth is little less related to other. But experience getting from here is richest.............

Growing company, C & B policies are good for employees. Work culture is also good.

Employee attrition rate are high.training and development policies should be implemented.Need to focus on Grievance handling process.
