Few of the staff is good and coordinative. Culture is good .

There no working ethics in this company.no coordinate in sr.employees and everyone is just busy in their own roles and getting work done. Director is slow listener and only show off is done overall.no work ethics, 0 % job security, sr.staff has different attitude to show off ! And director has no concern whos really working hard who's not! . Not recommended for a longer time span job as even if you work well,you won't be respected here anyways .

Senior engineer does not respect new and freshers. Also they use abusive language and does not treat well. Seniors always insults of new comers. They create a negative surrounding for new comers.

Company is not open to exicute innovative trends and practices. Old management system saturates growth organization.Autocracy, dominance is the gesture shown by few of old employees.No specific time to sign out, No government Holidays and other emergency situations is considered by company. No timely delivery of products.

No job surity. No proper way of working. Don't know how to behave with senior. You can call any pass employees and cunferm the same. In Marathi we say nav motha pan lakshan khota. People join this company with hopes but they still working with people who are like not even graduate and have no knowledge of work. You can't believe they still work with tally for purchase and grn. Words will be short for their unprofessional work.
