The learning curve is amazing...got to work on all the different aspects of accounting and taxation, the seniors are very cooperative, good processes, monthly seminars/discussions on the latest updates in the field

Dislikes

One is expected to work hard and give 100% commitment to your responsibilities. this is not the place where you can goof around and get away with it.

HIgh level of learning and training, exposure to different kinds of processes and clients, management is ok

Dislikes

Salary is comparable to market rate if not more, work environment is good however conservative, work-life balance is skewed...but it is so in most industries today

Working at Gokhale Associates helped me gain tremendous experience in terms of interacting with Indian as well as Global clients...it help me to increase my confidence. I had very good exposure with respect to Companies Act 2013 and related compliance. I had gain experience of working with a team of 40 employees consisting of seniors from the field of CA and their juniors as well my senior from the field of CS.. I left job because ,i had perceived LLB and i wanted to explore more in terms of Company matters viz merger amalgamation, new emerging NCLT related matters IBC matters, matters relating to IPR and much more which can add to my overall experience boost my knowledge in field of Corporate Law..

The career growth was the thing i was looking for. Since for almost 2 years which includes 15 months of my training period i had experience in relation to ROC compliance only so i was seeking for such job were i could really gain more knowledge and is not restricted only to Registrar of Companies,compliance.
