It was a wonderful platform for me to gain more knowledge about Merchandising, Factory working, Buying house contact.. Team & Environment .. everything was good.. Sometimes felt like am working in a Buying House.. It filled loads of confident in me to become a strong Merchandiser

On- time Salary... this should have been streamlined to hold back the quality employees.. One-time shipment... concentrating on this part would have been a better way to hold back Our valuable Customers...

One of the first EOUs of India. Good place to gain industry knowledge and learn best practices. Supportive colleagues. Strict timings, has work-life balance.

Compensation and benefits. Salaries are not paid on time. Final settlement is due from 5months. PF not paid from 2yrs.

It was good learning experience on the shop floor. Though I loved the work culture, and work environment, there are certain things that need redressal from top brass (management). One needs to have empathy for the employees. Need to nurture young talent to retain good ones. But politics at forefront plays the spoilsport in the whole scenario. Nevertheless, if you are spot on, no matter what, you will get due recognition. Just want to conclude it with this: In a person's lifetime, at least one opportunity must be provided to rise above his/her weakness, mentality, mettle to showcase that he/she is a better person and to create a niche for himself/herself. And its the place to work in your lifetime which you won't regret. Keep in mind: The more the problems, greater is the chance for success.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Need good team managers in every department for smooth work flow.

Be very careful joining this company they don't pay salary on time and after u leave they don't even pay settlement. This company is in Doldrums.

Doesn't pay salaries on time(60days delayed). Doesn't pay employee settlement High stress to employees as company is struggling with finances.

This company is not suitable for working professional it is just working as they work there is no systems or what so ever.

There is no proper on time payment and PF are.not paid properly no increments for past 6yrs this company will be closed at any time.
