I don’t like anything i going to school organisation they are poor peoples there’s no value for employees. The treat of job termination always looms.

In the organisation of Going To School every this is bad miss treatment of employees, harassment’s, lack of democracy, blackmail and such action prevail. To anyone applying for a job in Going To School Organisation I would like to advise don’t apply or join if you want to work in stander organisation for the long term and if want to protect reputation.

Worst company culture. Lack of Professionalism in management. Lack of skilled and Knowledgeable people. Only Photo and video-centric work, not the outcome and impact. Zero Job Security, HR forced to write Regine.

Skill development programe for children.learnt a lot from the organization by content writing.surveys,research program and by telling motivational stories to kids etc.

Dislikes

They hire on contract basis.They don't offer permanent job.You will be terminated anytime without any reason as per the contract.
