Very Excellent location for Job,work culture is good ,Management is very co operative for every employee,company policies are very nice

After working with for many years no gratuity for employees.If any employee works for 19 years trust him instead of listening to new comers thats the bad thing. about management.If any employee spend is half life of his career with the organization then while taking any dicision against him management should take into consideration his past involvement and his efforts to achieve the goals.

I used to think that buying a property is so complicated but my opinion changed when I contacted Goel Ganga Developments. The team made the whole process so easy for me as they explained everything very clearly. Their team was amazing in assisting me and my wife in finding our future home! Honestly, i didn't find disadvantage working in this company. although, sometime i find my team including me working late in the office but that too when we need to boost sales.

Likes

Goel Ganga Development is well known construction company in Pune. Not adopted new techniques of work/documentation/system improvement. But still dominate market on basis of experienced & skilled staff.

Dislikes

HR policies/process not updated yet. No trainings/events/medi claim/PF etc.
