I'm sharing my experience with god's grace school that's very near to my home they have transport facility for teachers and that's free of cost. In school hours I've to teach pre school. School culture is excellent because there's no discrimination for teachers and students as well as parents. School values everyone's tradition culture and religion. Staff were very supportive.

I don't like the way teachers are treated here, no basic facilities for teachers, no staff room, no separate washrooms for teachers, they don't get enough time to have lunch as they assign with different duties during recess time,their is no opportunity for career growth,salaries are very low but the teachers are qualified , no good increment , student teacher ratio is very poor , single teacher is handling more then 60 students in a class, if the teacher take leaves more then 2 then they will deduct two days salary for 1 leave.
