Employee engagement is very less. old type salary structure, basic salary is very less so benefits will be less, mobile bill payment with amount limits by local division even though corporate is giving more bcz it is part of CTC but top mgmt is not allowing to claim full. No transport facility.No free coffee or tea. No promotions for old employees

Company culture is terrible. The people in top management are having traditional mindset. The bosses are literally empty headed. They are trained only to pressure and harass the employees and get work out of them. If you want to learn pls don't join design team there. It's not a good company for a GET to start off.

Work life balance to be improvised. Need support to junior management for their carrier guidance and uplift.

For design and marketing team its 5 days work pattern. Whereas for remaining departments its 6 days work

In some specific teams in design (order execution team) work load will be higher they have to compromise their personal life for work

Job security Campus Good for Diploma- Mechanical engineers

Lot of Politics, Micromanagement, 3 Months notice period, Mainly Excel, PPT and Autocad works. Long work hours with immense pressure. Growth not based on performance.
