Company policy good on paper but on site not get implemented and HR not involved in this, No job satisfaction as contractor are not capable to do work, In time must be 9.30 no out time No Saturday off as per company policy for operation team as site head want staff on site. But HR will not interfere in this matter.

Salary is on time. Except this there is nothing good in the company.

Worst working culture, full of Politics. People who call them leaders not even know the meaning of leadership. HR has no solution to your problems. People sitting at Senior positions only shouts to the top most level and pressurize you for work. You don't feel like going to work. They call it 5 days working but actually its 24*7 job. Company is not bad but people in Senior management roles. They only disrespect you and make you feel you are good for nothing. Suddenly you are no longer required in organisation. They have hired you with 4 rounds of interview and than say you are worthless. Big question on there hiring process. Waste of time and spoiling careers of employees. You will loss your confidence if you work here.

...es with its brand value which is created after years of Hardwork and dedication. Friendly employee policy, timely salary and benefits. Inclusivity, diversity no one can match it. In the real sense one of the best company to work for lifetime if you get a good boss. ( Bosses/Managers) Are the real culprits when someone reviews a company negatively.

To be specific no dislikes for company but it should evaluate whether the management is holding the values Godrej thrives for. Need to keep a tap on the management so that it does not create there own policy diverting company's legacy. When manager starts dominating and company leave everything at them in name of decentralisation then the real mishap happens.

Work life balance, Operations team is treated bad Quality is for sake of name, NC raising,NC closing thats all the garbage you need to do , Need a drastic change in Thought process of department every day good people seeking for better Opportunities and leaving organisation.

There is lot of politics in the downline. People who are in good books in their manager, will only get promotions and increments. Hard working and simple people may be thrown out of system, due to their non political way of life.
