Salary is on time. Except this there is nothing good in the company.

Dislikes

Worst working culture, full of Politics. People who call them leaders not even know the meaning of leadership. HR has no solution to your problems. People sitting at Senior positions only shouts to the top most level and pressurize you for work. You don't feel like going to work. They call it 5 days working but actually its 24*7 job. Company is not bad but people in Senior management roles. They only disrespect you and make you feel you are good for nothing. Suddenly you are no longer required in organisation. They have hired you with 4 rounds of interview and than say you are worthless. Big question on there hiring process. Waste of time and spoiling careers of employees. You will loss your confidence if you work here.

Salary is competitive but growth is slow and alot of favourisim .one individual can get 4 promotions consecutively in 4 years and in the same team another will take 1 in 4 years . Attrition levels are high and no one cares from HR to the respective managers if anyone is leaving . This loss is not attributed to anyone rather company
