This company is good work environment and culture.company policies are good and salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

they are not revise compensation even senior person has more experience and good technical skills than new joinees(NON NIT STUDENT,NON NAGPUR COLLEGE STUDENT , EXPERIENCE UPTO 10 YEARS till 2018). DIPLOMA AND BE ARE EQUAL IN SOME CASES (for experience up to 10 years TILL 2018) . HERE YOU CAN JUDGE AFTER WORKING HERE FOR AT LEAST 1 YEAR. OVERALL BETTER PLACE BUT YOU TAKE DECISION BASED ON WORK EXPERIENCE FOR AT LEAST 1-2 YEAR.
