...e leaving organization..they torture us to stay there until new employee joins..no salary increment (only for the footlickers) ..they have no future growth for diploma candidates, even if you perform well for 4-5 years..

they are not revise compensation even senior person has more experience and good technical skills than new joinees(NON NIT STUDENT,NON NAGPUR COLLEGE STUDENT , EXPERIENCE UPTO 10 YEARS till 2018). DIPLOMA AND BE ARE EQUAL IN SOME CASES (for experience up to 10 years TILL 2018) . HERE YOU CAN JUDGE AFTER WORKING HERE FOR AT LEAST 1 YEAR. OVERALL BETTER PLACE BUT YOU TAKE DECISION BASED ON WORK EXPERIENCE FOR AT LEAST 1-2 YEAR.
