People will be charged for health insurance and it will be deducted from salary till 4 month from first quarter of each FY. And salary will be paid on 10th of each month.

Good job. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees. There is no insensitive for back office assistant. We are hardworking as the technicians. But they are getting insensitive according to their year experience. At the same time the back office assistance don't have any kind of insensitive like that.
