But strictly 1 flexi leave you can avail within 15 days and other in 16 to month end day. - Work life balance is excellent and working style as per manufacturing companies. - We can avail Company Quarters 1rk to bungalow as per your eligibility. However deduction in HRA . But still consider as good with rent almost less than 50% of market value. - Excellent Mediclaim policy around 27 L for you plus 3 immediate dependent family members. However deduction of 36k from CTC. This is beneficial for only who don't have their mediclaim policy.

... will be marked 1/2 day present. - Salary perks as per manufacturing industries. Salary is less as compared to other real estate organisations. However this is good untill your package in 22 L CTC. Beyond that you better switch the company incase if salary is your priority. - Some GETs are assigned in Maintainance as per the requirement. Which will affect their growth. - Submission of PDM quarterly is boring and makes no sense. Once in 06 months is understood as it will gather more information against the comitted KRAs and Goals. - Not aggressive in initiating new projects. Not taking benefit of the peak real estate market.

I would like to say one thing sir whenever new employees are joining the company GODREJ is giving good salary but from my side i having 27 years experience of welder but my salary is not as per my experience so m little unhappy overall good thanks Kamlesh tailor Code. 396896 K bend

Company brand nis very big, Company premises is very good,more than 75% area is covered with trees and greenery.

Dislikes

Culture in Mohali location nis very bad,Salary structure is not good enough, no more value to the experienced employees. HR department is least bother about human and resource activities, Promotions are totally baised, not based upon the actual performance of the employee..
