Company brand nis very big, Company premises is very good,more than 75% area is covered with trees and greenery.

Culture in Mohali location nis very bad,Salary structure is not good enough, no more value to the experienced employees. HR department is least bother about human and resource activities, Promotions are totally baised, not based upon the actual performance of the employee..

No HR support with job role and managerial decesion. Manager is not helpful to the job role and job security is not there. Very much target oriented in terms of sales, Settling period is also not considerable. You have to achieve Target next week onwards even if you are coming from other industries. Very much transferable about job location. KRA not very clear as per joining role. Interio division mostly (Kitchen and wardrobe) Micro management is a big issue.

Red tap-ism, poor work culture,no work life balance,no freedom to work, No support in terms of learning new things

Poor incentive scheme. No perks and benefits to remote location employees. Hardly Mediclaim tie up in city like Chhattisgarh.

People will be charged for health insurance and it will be deducted from salary till 4 month from first quarter of each FY. And salary will be paid on 10th of each month.
